We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a nurturing environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting the development and well-being of children, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and engaged in their learning journey.
Duties
Provide attentive and responsive care to children aged 0-5 years, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Plan and implement engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their independence and self-esteem.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning outcomes in line with early years frameworks.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a stimulating nursery environment that reflects the interests of the children.
Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play sessions, ensuring a smooth flow throughout the day.
Support children in developing social skills through group activities and play.
Skills
Strong background in childcare with experience working with young children in a nursery setting.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and organised approach in a busy environment.
Leadership qualities to inspire and guide other staff members when necessary.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices to support children's learning effectively.
