We are looking for qualified Early Years Educators for our Nursery in Crayford (DA1 3PY)
This is a full time position, 40 hours a week, between Monday and Friday 7:30am to 6:30pm, all year through.
Experience working in Early Years is vital to this role, requiring enthusiasm, reliability and a proactive approach towards their work and their colleagues. Supporting the management team and role modelling to team members
Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging early childhood education programs tailored to children's developmental needs.
Foster a safe and nurturing environment for children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and well-being.
Lead and mentor junior educators, providing guidance and support in best practices for childcare.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall learning experience and maintain a high standard of care.

The successful applicant will have an excellent team working ethic and will be able to bring suggestions and ideas to the setting and enhance our practice. Have excellent knowledge of EYFS, recording observations, assessment and progress, planning next steps and individual learning plans for key children. Keeping records up to date and compliance with EYFS requirements, Communicating with parents. You need to be motivated with the determination to deliver outstanding learning outcomes for children in your care.
An enhanced DBS check and two satisfactory professional references are required before any employment can be confirmed.
