Responsibilities
Create and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.
Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere where children can thrive emotionally and socially.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies and share best practices.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment for children to explore and learn.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to build strong relationships.
Manage classroom behaviour in a positive manner, promoting respect and cooperation among children.
Stay informed about current trends in early childhood education and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
Full and relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (e.g., Level 3 Diploma or equivalent).
Experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire both children and colleagues.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
A proactive attitude with the drive to create an enriching learning environment for all children.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development during their formative years.

The successful applicant will have an excellent team working ethic and will be able to bring suggestions and ideas to the setting and enhance our practice. Have excellent knowledge of EYFS, recording observations, assessment, and progress, planning next steps and individual learning plans for key children. Keeping records up to date and compliance with EYFS requirements, Communicating with parents. You need to be motivated with the determination to deliver outstanding learning outcomes for children in your care.
An enhanced DBS check and two satisfactory professional references are required before any employment can be confirmed.
