Job Description
Our pharmacy in Dorchester is looking for an experienced medicines counter assistant / Level 2 Dispenser to join the team. Qualifications would be preferred, experience is essential.
Hours are 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday and 09:00-12:00 Saturday.
The role will be between 30-40 hours a week.
Responsibilities will include:
- Customer service; providing advice on medicines and minor ailments.
- All aspects of prescription processing; requesting prescriptions, dispensing, assisting with stock control, arranging delivery.
- Providing pharmacy services e.g. blood pressure, diabetes testing, etc. after training.
- Assisting with admin duties.
- Helping to uphold the clean & tidy standards of the store.
- Following all pharmacy regulations.
-Providing cover for colleagues during their annual leave
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 12.25-12.55 per hour
Experience:
Pharmacy: 1 year (preferred)
