The Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic, flexible, and reliable Nursery Bank Workers to join our team on an as-needed basis. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with children and need flexible working hours. You'll support our permanent staff by stepping in during busy periods, holidays, or staff absences.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and supervision to children aged [insert age range] Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment Follow safeguarding policies and procedures at all times Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents Work as part of a friendly and supportive team

Requirements:

A relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3) is preferred Previous experience working with young children in a nursery setting A clear enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Flexibility and availability at short notice Good communication skills and a caring, patient attitude
