Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to join our team at Creative Minds Nursery in the UK. This pivotal role is essential in shaping the educational experiences of our children, ensuring they receive the best start in life through tailored learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education. Implement engaging curriculum that promotes holistic child development. Foster strong partnerships with parents and caregivers to support children's learning at home. Monitor children's progress and adapt programs to meet individual needs. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children. Manage staff performance through regular evaluations and professional development opportunities. Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience in nursery management or similar leadership roles within early childhood education. Strong understanding of child development principles and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or childcare (e.g., Level 3 or above). A passion for working with children and enhancing their learning experiences. Ability to build positive relationships with parents, staff, and children.
