Melrose Nursery is a leading early childhood education center dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years old. We are located 4 minutes walk from the Elizabeth line, 8 minutes from North Acton and have a free car park.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team on a 4-day per week basis. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will work with a team maintaining high standards of care and education for all children. Hours are 8am to 6pm four set days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the nursery's ethos and policies. Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and experiences to promote learning and development across all areas. Maintain a safe and secure environment for children, adhering to all health and safety regulations and safeguarding policies. Build strong partnerships with parents and caregivers, fostering open communication and collaboration in their child's learning journey.

Requirements:

Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. Qualifications from outside the UK must be verified by NARIC Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and statutory requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Commitment to continuous professional development and upholding best practices in early childhood education.
