Beeches Park Day Nursery is part of the DEN family a small group of fabulous day nurseries. We're looking for passionate, caring, and creative Nursery Practitioners to help us bring our natural learning ethos to life.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same -- and that's the magic of nursery life! You'll be:

Sparking imagination and curiosity through play, stories, and outdoor adventures.

Supporting every child's unique journey -- celebrating each little win.

Creating a warm, safe, and inspiring environment where children feel loved and confident.

Working hand in hand with your wonderful team to plan engaging, nature-inspired activities.

Building strong partnerships with parents, sharing the joy of each child's progress.

What We're Looking For

You'll shine in this role if you're:

Qualified in Early Years (Level 2 or 3 - or working towards it).

Enthusiastic, energetic, and full of creative ideas.

A team player who brings positivity into every room.

Passionate about outdoor learning, messy play, and children's development.

Ready to make a real difference -- and have fun doing it!

Experience in a nursery is a bonus, but what matters most is your passion and commitment to helping children thrive.
