Desired Skills, Qualities and Qualifications:

Enthusiasm for working with young children! A kind and caring attitude to both children and adults. A positive approach to inclusive practice with children and other team members. A commitment to the provision of high-quality childcare and being a 'team player' (even when the 'going gets tough'). A sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, being prepared to plan an engaging and stimulating curriculum. Punctuality, patience, reliability, trustworthiness and flexibility; with excellent communication skills too! A positive approach to learning and gaining new skills through teamwork and on-going training opportunities.
