We are seeking passionate about childcare, Nursery Nurse to join our team. Responsibilities

Provide attentive and responsive care to children in the nursery setting. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive environment. Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play sessions. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and milestones. Maintain a safe, clean, and organised nursery environment that adheres to health and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere for both children and staff. Drive initiatives that enhance the quality of care provided within the nursery.

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare are preferred. Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
