What you'll be doing:

Creating a safe, stimulating environment where children thrive Building strong bonds with children, families, and your team Planning and delivering engaging activities that support development Observing and tracking progress in line with EYFS Rolling up your sleeves--this is a hands-on role (mud pies and messy play included)
What we're looking for:

A

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification

(essential) A natural team player who's also confident taking the lead when needed A genuine love for working with children and supporting their development Someone who's flexible, reliable and has a great sense of humour Strong communication skills and an understanding of safeguarding practices
