Summary
We are seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Little Angels Nursery in the heart of the community. This role is essential in fostering a positive learning environment that aligns with our commitment to early childhood education and child development.
Responsibilities
Create and implement engaging educational activities tailored to children's needs.
Provide high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the nursery's educational programs.
Support children in their social and emotional development.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery.
Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (Level 2 or above).
Proven experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
A genuine passion for working with young children.
Nursery is open 730-6. We are shut for all bank holidays and close for a week at Christmas
