Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. You will play a crucial role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes the development and well-being of young children.

Duties

Provide high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting. Plan and implement engaging activities that support children's learning and development. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication. Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety standards. Observe and assess children's progress, keeping accurate records of their development. Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery. Support the management team in implementing policies and procedures effectively.

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare. Previous nursery experience is highly desirable. Strong management and leadership skills to guide junior staff when necessary. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Experience working with children in various settings is an advantage. A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential.
