We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Practitioner to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and nurturing young children, fostering their development through engaging and educational activities. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create a warm, inclusive environment that supports the growth of each child.
Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for children aged 2 to 5 years.
Manage daily activities, ensuring that all children are engaged and participating.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
Lead activities that encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Maintain accurate records of each child's development and behaviour.
Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the setting.
Requirements
A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is essential.
Experience working with young children in a nursery or preschool setting is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse group of children effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
A genuine passion for childcare and early childhood education.
Ability to drive initiatives that enhance children's learning experiences.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
