About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and caring Qualified Pre-School Practitioner to join our warm, supportive team at Foundations Community Pre-School.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner who values teamwork, child-led learning and building strong relationships with children and families.

What You'll Be Doing

Safeguard and promote the welfare, safety and wellbeing of all children Provide high-quality care that supports children's physical, emotional, social and intellectual development Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities based on children's interests and next steps Act as a Key Person, keeping accurate records of children's development and sharing progress with parents and carers Work collaboratively as part of a friendly, supportive team Build strong, positive partnerships with parents and carers Support children with additional needs to help them reach their full potential Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene and cleanliness at all times Support mealtimes and snack times to create a calm, social experience Accurately record and communicate any accidents or incidents Follow all preschool policies and procedures Attend staff meetings and training outside core hours when required

About You

Hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification Have experience working in a nursery or pre-school setting A warm, enthusiastic and reliable team player Strong understanding of safeguarding and EYFS Professional, organised and committed to high-quality practice Passionate about supporting young children's learning and development
