Job Description

We have a vacancy for a full time pre-school practitioner starting with immediate effect in January 2026 to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team, at this outstanding Pre-School.

The vacancy is 8.45am-3.30pm Monday, Tuesday and Friday. 8:45am-5:15pm Wednesday and Thursday.

Term time only.



Previous experience working in a pre-school and a level 2/level 3 qualification in Early Years Education is required. The successful candidate must be passionate and motivated, have good communication skills, have responsibility for completing observations and record keeping on key children, have a sound knowledge of the EYFS, be able to use initiative within a small team and follow all companies policies and procedures.

Desirable criteria

- to hold a current PFA certificate and a current DBS.

Nic Nac Pre-School Ltd is committed to safeguarding all children at all times. The post is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Applicants must be prepared to undergo appropriate child protection screening, which includes a Disclosure and Barring check. This position is subject to 2 satisfactory references prior to your start date.
