Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, person-centred care to children and young people. Support emotional, social, and practical development tailored to individual needs. Contribute to the creation and implementation of care plans, routines, and structured activities. Promote independence, life skills, and positive behaviour. Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured living environment. Accompany or transport children to school, appointments, and activities. Keep accurate records in line with safeguarding and regulatory standards.
Requirements

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare

- Essential

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

- Essential Previous experience in residential childcare - Preferred but not essential A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people Resilient, empathetic, and proactive approach to care Strong communication and teamwork skills
