You will work as part of a

, providing high-quality care, encouraging independence, and helping young people build a brighter future.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver person-centred care tailored to each child's needs. Promote positive behaviour and support the development of life skills. Follow care plans, daily routines, and structured activities. Support education, appointments, and leisure activities. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured home environment. Keep accurate records in line with safeguarding and regulatory standards.
Requirements

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare -

Essential

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle -

Essential

Empathetic, resilient, and proactive approach to care. Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
