Lead Childhood Developer (Preschool)

What You Will Be Doing (and Loving):

Leading the Preschool room with confidence, warmth, and vision Creating a rich, play-based learning environment where curiosity thrives Supporting and mentoring practitioners to deliver outstanding practice Encouraging independence, resilience, and confidence in every child Working closely with families to support smooth transitions and strong partnerships Ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and education every day Bringing Curriculum for Excellence to life in fun, meaningful ways

What We Are Looking For:

A

full and relevant Early Years / Childcare qualification

Experience working within a Preschool or leadership role in Early Years A confident, inspiring leader who supports and develops their team A passion for child-led learning and high-quality early education A warm, reflective approach and a great sense of humour
