We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Room Leader to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Duties
Lead and supervise a team of early childhood educators, ensuring the delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
Plan, implement, and evaluate daily curriculum activities aligned with developmental milestones and educational standards
Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment where children feel valued and supported
Observe, assess, and document each child's progress, communicating regularly with families about their child's growth and achievements
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and organizational policies
Support team members through mentorship, training opportunities, and performance feedback to encourage professional growth
Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication across the team
Qualifications
Valid qualification as a Room Leader or equivalent in early childhood education (e.g., Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education)
Proven experience leading an early childhood education team in a licensed setting
Strong understanding of child development principles, curriculum planning, and assessment methods
Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with children, families, and team members
Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities such as motivation, organization, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to early childhood settings
Passion for fostering positive learning environments that support children's growth and well-being
