About You:
Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum) Confident, enthusiastic, and experienced in EYFS Able to lead room practice and support staff development
Key Duties:
Lead a high-quality learning environment Support the Nursery Manager in daily operations Promote children's wellbeing, learning, and development Build strong relationships with families and staff
