Overview

Cherry Blossom Education LTD are looking to hire a dedicated, passionate and driven Room Leader to work alongside the outstanding team. Creativity and love is a must! We pride ourselves on providing the best care for all children who attend our setting and create a home-from-home environment whilst using our own curated curriculum to enhance and extend our children's knowledge and life-skills. The individual we are looking for must slot into our family dynamic, be willing to learn new things, work alongside the manager to enhance their practice, be creative and passionate and be willing to provide the best possible start to every child and parent who enters the establishment.

We take time for our Educators, they can book in for 1:1 sessions with the Manager to discuss anything at all, be that their lives or their career progression - we believe that if the Educator has a clear mind and is feeling good in themselves, their practice will show this.

Responsibilities

- To maintain a safe and nurturing environment
- Work alongside the children to create a tailored "plan" to aid their development and curiosity.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being
- Manage the daily routines within the Toddler Room.
- To update your knowledge regularly to aid your development and to work alongside the Room Manager and Management to ensure your practice, continuous provision and mental well-being is the best it can possibly be.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in early childhood education

- To delegate within the room and to ensure the team are working together to create the best provision for the children.

- To love the children like your own, to put their safety and well-being above all and

to have fun whilst doing so.

Qualifications

-Experience running a room and a team is a must.

- Previous experience working with children in a nursery setting
- Strong understanding on how to guide young children
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or equivalent are required
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

- The willingness to extend your own knowledge.
