We're now looking for a confident, motivated Suite Leader to join our Toddler Suite and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional early years practice.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, support, and inspire a team of Early Years Educators Maintain high standards across the learning environment and curriculum Plan and deliver engaging, purposeful activities Ensure safeguarding, compliance, and daily operations run smoothly Build positive relationships with families and colleagues, championing our core value:

What We're Looking For
Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification - essential Previous leadership experience in a childcare or education setting Strong EYFS knowledge and understanding of best practice Enhanced DBS (satisfactory) A passionate, reflective leader with resilience and a growth mindset
