We are recruiting for a qualified and expereinced

Room Leader Nursery Practitioner

to hit the ground running and join our beautiful purpose built Nursery in Loughton , Essex. This is a full time & permanent role working 40 hours per week.

To be considered for the role of Nursery Practitioner, you will need;



NNEB or a full and relevant Early Education and Childcare qualification (e.g. NVQ/Diploma/BTEC) Level 3

Some experience in a Room Leading role Experience of working with children in a similar setting Passion/dedication to working with children Good knowledge of the EYFS, Safeguarding and Health and Safety Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Liaise with and develop good relationships with parents and staff

As Room Leader Nursery Practitioner your role will include;



Being a key worker for a small group of children Planning activities and making observations Working as part of a team to ensure the Company's values are maintained Working to the expected standards of the Early Years Foundation Stage Working within the companies clear and robust safeguarding and child protection procedures. Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, colleagues and visitors Develop and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, parents and carers Ensure confidentiality, where appropriate is maintained Lead a team to deliver outstanding care and education experiences, by mentoring, coaching and modelling outstanding practice. To provide support to your team within the nursery and the wider business.
