Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Room leader to join our nursery team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.
Duties
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Drive the educational development of children in the early years
- Demonstrate leadership skills in managing classroom activities
- Utilise experience in childcare to provide high-quality care and education
- Implement early childhood education principles in daily activities
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a nursery setting
- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Ability to manage and engage with young children effectively
- Proficiency in English language
- Strong organisational skills to plan and deliver educational activities
