The Role

We are seeking a

qualified Room Leader

who combines professional knowledge with warmth, reliability and enthusiasm. You'll take pride in creating a calm, stimulating learning environment and in leading your team with care and confidence. Working closely with the Nursery Manager, you'll help shape a room that reflects our values -- responsive, creative, and centred on each child's individual journey.

About You

Level 3 (or above)

qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (essential) Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements Organised, dependable and reflective, with strong communication skills A team player with a genuine love of early years education Some prior experience in a senior or leadership role within a nursery is beneficial but not essential for the right candidate
