Qualified Scaffolder

to join our experienced team and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities

Erect, maintain, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently. Ensure all scaffolding installations meet health and safety regulations and company standards. Work on a variety of sites, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Supervise and provide guidance to trainee scaffolders and other team members. Conduct regular safety checks and inspections of scaffolding equipment. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Skills

Valid scaffolding qualifications (e.g., CISRS, Part 2 or Advanced Scaffolder). Experience in scaffolding, with a proven track record of working on construction sites. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to work safely in accordance with them. Ability to read and understand scaffolding plans and drawings. Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions. A reliable team player with good communication skills. A valid but not essential. HGV Class C an advantage
