3.1. The trainee scaffolder is responsible to the team leader but works closely with the scaffolder who will provide support as required

About Magnum Scaffolding
Magnum Scaffolding is a Contract Scaffolding Specialist involved in the erection and hire of scaffolding, predominantly but not exclusively to the Construction Industry and within the South West and South Wales Regions.
The company operates from Offices and Yards in Newport South Wales, and Keynsham, near Bristol.
Our objectives are to expand geographically and into related sectors as well as
developing new services to spread our workload, risk and reliance away from one activity.
We envisage this growth mainly to be organic and financed from our own resources.
This is an opportunity to become involved in an exciting phase in the company's
development.
Operations are currently organised into two separate businesses, one operational and the other that owns and hires out the scaffolding equipment and vehicles, predominantly to the operational company.
