Job Description

Qualified Social Worker, Adult Safeguarding Team
Pay rate, 33.76 per hour
Vitalis are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to work in an Adult Safeguarding team in Southwark.
To undertake statutory duties under the Care Act 2014, specifically in relation to safeguarding adults at risk of abuse or neglect. The role involves leading safeguarding concerns and enquiries, applying professional judgement in complex cases, coordinating multi-agency responses, and ensuring personalised safeguarding practice in line with Making Safeguarding Personal (MSP).
