? Qualified Social Worker - Children, Family and Education Team
? Location: Merseyside
? Pay Rate: 36 per hour
? Part-Time: 27 hours per week
Are you an experienced and passionate Social Worker ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families? We're looking for a dedicated professional to join a dynamic Children, Family and Education Team in Merseyside. This is a meaningful role working with children and families to provide early help, targeted support and effective intervention where it's needed most.
? Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload supporting children and families across a range of needs
• Conduct strengths-based assessments and deliver person-centred care plans
• Work collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes
• Support children to thrive in safe, nurturing environments
• Champion the voices of children and families in all decision-making
• Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff or students

? What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
• 4+ years' post-qualified experience, ideally in children and families settings
• In-depth understanding of safeguarding and relevant legislation
• Creative, flexible and solution-focused mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A commitment to achieving the best outcomes for children and their families
