Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. Duties

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students. Provide instruction in core subjects, including Maths, Creative Writing, and Physical Education. Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a conducive learning atmosphere. Offer tutoring support to students who require additional assistance. Foster relationships with students to encourage their social and emotional development. Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Maintain open communication with parents regarding student performance and behaviour. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.

Skills

Proven experience in teaching or tutoring, particularly in Early Childhood Education or Preschool settings. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff. Ability to manage classroom behaviour and implement strategies for positive reinforcement. Familiarity with Special Education practices is advantageous. Proficiency in proofreading educational materials for clarity and accuracy. Experience working with children in various capacities such as childcare or mentoring roles. Knowledge of creative writing techniques to inspire students' literary skills. Capability to teach physical education effectively, promoting health and fitness among students.
