We're looking for a

dedicated, enthusiastic Qualified Teacher

to join

Tram House School

, one of our Ofsted Outstanding Independent Special Schools for autistic children and young people aged 11-19.

About the Role


As a Qualified Teacher at Tram House, you'll deliver engaging, meaningful lessons tailored to each pupil's needs, interests, and abilities. You'll work as part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team to ensure every learner can thrive--academically, socially, and emotionally. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference, supported by expert colleagues and ongoing professional development in a setting that celebrates every success, no matter how small.

What We're Looking For



A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a passion for SEND Experience or strong interest in autism education Creativity, resilience, and a collaborative mindset Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
