What You'll Be Doing:

Getting children school ready

by laying strong foundations in learning, social development, and independence.

Planning and delivering a creative, engaging curriculum

in line with the EYFS - we love messy play, outdoor adventures, and imaginative learning! Leading

fun and interactive phonics sessions

, tailored to individual needs. Taking charge of your

key children

- building strong relationships with them and their families, celebrating their progress, and supporting their development. Completing

observations and assessments

that genuinely reflect each child's interests and learning journey. Preparing children for their

school transition

with confidence-building activities and memorable experiences. Working as part of a

collaborative, supportive team

- sharing ideas, celebrating wins, and learning together through regular team meetings and CPD. Enjoying our

team-building days

? What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

- essential. Passionate about

early years education

and child development. A team player with a

positive attitude and a good sense of humour

. Confident in

EYFS curriculum planning, phonics delivery

, and observation-based assessments. Able to create a

safe, inspiring and nurturing environment

where children feel valued and thrive. Excellent communication skills - with children, families, and your team.
