to join our team. As a Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact by helping students achieve their academic goals and enhancing their career and mobility prospects in the future.

Responsibilities:

- Tutor students online on a state-of-the-art platform in various subjects based on their individual needs

- Provide specialised tutoring for students with special education requirements.

- Engage and communicate effectively with students to create a conducive learning environment

- Develop customised lesson plans and teaching strategies

- Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly

- Provide feedback to students and parents on progress and areas for improvement

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, especially with students from Year 2 to Year 13

- A's and Agrades in your A levels.
- Subject expertise. You must be proficient in the subject(s) you will be tutoring.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students and parents

- Patience and empathy when working with students of varying abilities and learning preferences

- Bachelor or Master's degree in your subject of expertise or related field is required. If you are an undergraduate student currently completing a Bachelor's degree you are welcome to apply.

Further Requirements:

- A great attitude and a love for tutoring.

- Able to provide thorough identity checks and references (all our tutors are DBS approved).

- Ability to provide two references. These can be either from former lecturers, employers or former clients.

Compensation Structure:

Our rates are based on lesson bundles, ensuring better value the more you teach:

5 lessons: 22.73 - 26.73 per lesson 10 lessons: 22.32 - 25.65 per lesson 20 lessons: 20.69 - 24.90 per lesson
