Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dental team during various procedures. Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have. Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointments efficiently using IT systems. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols. Sterilise instruments and maintain cleanliness in the dental surgery. Support the dental team in administrative tasks as required, including managing stock levels of dental supplies. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated with best practices in dental nursing.

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is preferred but not essential; we welcome applications from those looking to start their career in dental nursing. A qualification in Nursing or relevant healthcare field is advantageous. Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with patients and team members. Proficiency in IT systems related to patient management is beneficial. A genuine passion for patient care and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are key attributes for success in this role. Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
