Qualified Dental Nurse

or a

Trainee Dental Nurse

enrolled (or willing to enroll) on an approved dental nursing course.

Role Responsibilities

Provide chairside support to dentists and clinicians during a range of NHS and private treatments Maintain high standards of infection prevention and control Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment Support reception duties when required, including booking appointments and assisting patients Follow all practice and NHS guidelines, protocols Ensure patient comfort and confidentiality at all times

Requirements

Qualified Dental Nurse Candidates:

GDC registered Experience in a busy practice preferred but not essential

Trainee Dental Nurse Candidates:

Must be enrolled, or willing to enrol, on an accredited dental nursing course

GCSE Requirements:

Minimum

GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths

(required by most dental nursing training providers) Science GCSE desirable but not essential Must be reliable, motivated, and eager to learn

All candidates:

Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail A caring, patient-focused attitude
