We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dental practice. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist dentists during procedures, and ensure the smooth operation of daily clinic activities. Duties

Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety Prepare treatment rooms and sterilise instruments in accordance with health and safety standards Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to patients Maintain accurate patient records using IT systems and ensure confidentiality at all times Support patients by answering questions and providing reassurance throughout their visit Manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient clinic operations Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a clean, organised work environment Support the team with general administrative duties as required

Qualifications

Proven experience in patient care within a dental or healthcare setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Good IT skills. Knowledge of nursing principles and practices relevant to dental care is advantageous Ability to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate empathy towards patients
