What You'll Do

As a Quality Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our commitment to high standards for our customers and compliance with regulatory standards. You'll:

Develop and maintain the companys Quality Management System in line with relevant standards. Conduct quality checks and inspections and make informed decisions on fault products Lead root cause investigations and support implementation of corrective and preventative actions Analyse quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Drive accountability for quality KPIs and continuous improvement promoting a "right first time" culture Conduct audits on preventative measures and ensure effectiveness

What You'll Bring

Degree level qualification in Quality Management or related field is preferred. Experience in quality assurance or compliance in a manufacturing setting Strong understanding of quality processes such as audits, inspections, CAPA and document control. Working knowledge of ISO 9001, REACH, FSC/PEFC Strong analytical and communication skills * Familiarity with quality systems like Q-Pulse
