Why not join us?PositionWe are seeking a dedicated Quality and Assurance Executive to join our Appeals team and ensure our quality is kept and maintained to our high standards.The Quality and Assurance Executive will be responsible for assisting in developing and implementing quality assurance policies, monitoring performance metrics, collaborating with various departments and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining the excellence and consistency of our business operations.Responsibilities and Dutiesxc2xb7 To conduct quality assurance on work processed through the complaints and appeals teams.xc2xb7 Maintain and ensure consistency with QA on all tasks reviewed.xc2xb7 To assist in analysing quality performance metrics.xc2xb7 To assist the Team Leader in creating and maintaining quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product and service quality.xc2xb7 To assist in identifying areas for improvement across quality assurance and potentially other departments.xc2xb7 Collaborate with departments on processes and quality improvement.RequirementsWho you arexc2xb7 You are a detail-oriented individual with the ability to process detailed information effectively and consistently.xc2xb7 You ensure effective communication and are proactive and accurate.xc2xb7 You are organised and able to multitask.xc2xb7 You will be a person who will want to take an active role in the team, providing support to both the team and team manager.Agena ValuesWe believe that the way we do business is as important as the business that we do.
