We are looking for a Quality and Compliance Administrator to join our dynamic team and provide essential support to our Registered Manager and Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who is passionate about quality, compliance, and continuous improvement in the care sector.

Key Responsibilities



Provide effective administrative and audit support to the Registered Manager and Directors. Monitor and maintain staff learning and development records, ensuring training compliance and accurate documentation. Support internal audits and help ensure the organisation meets CQC and UKHCA standards. Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and circulate documents as required. Assist with HR and recruitment audits in collaboration with the HR Manager. Maintain and update company systems, trackers, and records in line with company policies. Support business development activities, including sending out promotional materials and communications. Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion throughout all areas of work.

About You



We're looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Skilled in Microsoft Office and confident using data systems.
Able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
Experienced in administrative, compliance, or quality-focused roles (experience within the care sector is desirable).
Passionate about promoting best practice, continuous improvement, and quality service delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,000.00-28,000.00 per year
