We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our Operations and Compliance Department as a Quality and Compliance Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination of the FPA's Quality function, supporting the delivery and maintenance of high standards across the organisation. Working closely with the Head of Operations and Compliance, you will help deliver internal and external audits, ensuring our Quality Management System remains up to date, effective, and compliant with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ISO 9001:2015. You will play a key role in supporting quality processes and procedures across the FPA, helping to ensure our systems are robust, consistent, and fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain audit readiness and support delivery of internal and external audits
Coordinate and manage document control processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Support the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ensure timely communication of updates to policies, procedures, and records
Plan and conduct internal process audits in line with the audit schedule
Track and follow up on non-conformances, actions, and opportunities for improvement
Maintain up-to-date quality trackers and prepare quality metric reports
Provide admin support for customer complaints, audit findings, and supplier reviews
Schedule and coordinate Management Review Meetings and collate supporting materials
Assist with external audit preparation and accreditation submissions
Respond to document requests and support with tender-related questionnaires
Take meeting notes and distribute them as required
Provide general admin support to ensure smooth operation of compliance activities

Key Education and experience
Essential
Full driving licence and access to a car
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality role
ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Trained
Flexibility to adapt to changing regulatory requirements and operational needs
Strong administration experience of business management processes and their implementation
Experience of providing administration support to meetings including minute taking
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Desirable
ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Internal Auditor Trained
Experience and skills in quality or a laboratory environment
