About The Role

Your Attention to Detail Can Change Lives.

Your eye for detail can help us deliver safer, better lives for adults with learning disabilities and autism. Every check you complete and every insight you share will make a real difference.

If you're passionate about quality, committed to safety, and eager to support continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to join a values-driven organisation where your work truly matters.

At Hesley Group, we put people first. We're committed to always being the best we can be, setting high standards and striving for excellence in everything we do. Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Lead, we're looking for a proactive, detail-focused Quality and Compliance Officer who can support assurance activity, celebrate what works well, and help identify areas for development.

If you share our commitment to dignity, respect, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you. Join us now as we strengthen our assurance framework and embed a culture of excellence across all services.
