We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Performance Lead to join our ambitious Quality team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in teaching and quality assurance to help shape the future of education and outcomes in a dynamic Further Education setting.
Reporting to the Quality Improvement Manager, you will play a central role in developing and embedding quality assurance processes, supporting curriculum teams in driving excellence in teaching, learning and assessment.
Your work will directly impact the student experience and success by improving teaching, learning, and assessment (TLA) across the college.
You will be a committed and skilled quality professional with a degree or professional qualification in Education, Quality Assurance, or related field, have experience with internal quality reviews, audits, and external inspection frameworks. You will have a passion for raising educational standards and learner success. You will also hold a level 5 or above teaching qualification and a level 2 GCSE Grade C , Grade 4 or above or the equivalent in English and maths.
