Job Description

It's an exciting time to join the Pricing and Analytics department here at AXA, with significant investment planned to support the growth of our people, tools, and processes. We are currently seeking a methodical Quality Assurance Analyst for a 6 month FTC, to join the Retail Pricing Quality Assurance Team. You'll step through complex processes to ensure our deployed pricing models meet quality assurance standards. The UK personal motor and household markets are some of the most competitive and advanced insurance markets in the world, and profitable growth of personal lines business form a key part of AXA Insurance's strategic plans.



At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home in the office moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.


What you'll be doing:



Support BAU and project rate change process through price testing. Reconcile live rates against theoretical models. Develop tools to increase accuracy and efficiency of test processes. Maintain documentation of the rate change testing process. Implement a consistent testing approach across Retail Personal Lines. Build strong key relationships with stakeholders within Underwriting and IT.

What you'll bring:



Understanding of testing best practises. Experienced in the use of Microsoft software applications, Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Ability to communicate complex issues in a clear concise manner. Willingness to build upon your knowledge of the general insurance market. Strong stakeholder management with the ability to build effective relationships. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Dynamic, innovative and creative attitude.
