We are currently seeking a

Quality Assurance Analyst

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help ensure the reliability, usability, and quality of our websites and products through a combination of manual and automated testing. Working closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders, you'll play a key role in identifying issues, verifying fixes, and maintaining high standards across our digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with teams to assess the testability of functional and non-functional requirements. Attend Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Create, maintain, and execute both manual and automated test plans and test cases across multiple projects. Ensure high-quality standards across core sites & products by identifying defects and inconsistencies. Perform thorough testing of visual and content elements such as language usage and formatting. Support demonstrations of new features and functionality to stakeholders. Work with the team to ensure testing is completed on schedule and report on progress. Contribute to identifying problems in existing processes and assist in proposing practical solutions. Manage incoming requests via the service desk, liaise with developers and triage effectively. Proactively identify UX or accessibility concerns during testing. Assist in the design, building, and maintenance of an automated test framework. Identify regression risks and implement appropriate automated test coverage. Maintain clear and structured QA documentation, including outcomes and known issues.

Skills Required

Experience designing and executing both functional and non-functional test cases. Ability to identify, document, and track defects through to resolution. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments. Strong attention to detail with a methodical, analytical approach to testing. Working knowledge of browser dev tools and web debugging techniques. Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar) for test automation. Understanding of regression testing, QA workflows, and version control practices (e.g., Git). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proactive problem solver with a curiosity-driven approach to learning new tools and practices.

Nice to Have

Working knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence. Understanding of cross-browser or responsive testing practices. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of website development principles. Experience conducting performance or usability testing. Previous experience working in an Agile environment.
