Role Overview:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy, reliability and compliance of our IT systems; from online lesson delivery and payments to marketing and scheduling. This role will also be central to testing and validating our upcoming custom-built AI-powered learning platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute test plans for lesson delivery platforms, centre management systems and marketing/lead generation software. Conduct functional, regression, integration and user acceptance testing. Track, document and manage software defects through to resolution. Validate payment processing, timetabling, scheduling and assessment systems. Support the development and roll-out of the new AI-powered tuition platform. Produce QA documentation for compliance and accreditation purposes. Work closely with developers, tutors and management to improve efficiency and user experience.
Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in QA/software testing. Knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies. Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail) and databases (e.g., SQL). Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical staff. Interest in AI or educational technology (desirable but not essential).
