Lifeline is seeking a quality assurance associate to further develop the business due to the addition of a new range of products to be introduced to the market later this year. The successful candidate will need to be dynamic and innovative in their approach to the maintenance of the company's operating and quality systems in all facets of the business, as well as developing and maintaining the ISO 9001 accreditation, to ensure it works in the best interests of the business and not just an external body. The successful candidate must demonstrate an appetite for continuous improvement in all areas of Lifeline.

All applicants must be able to demonstrate they have a full understanding and can implement & conduct the following.

Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with, in house requirements, industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop action plans to address any identified issues throughout the business. Monitor and analyse performance metrics throughout the company to identify trends and areas of concern and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation, including drawings, BOM's, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality control records. Support production ensuring employees are working to process, closing works orders being accountable for their work. Coordinate ECR process. Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with applicable in-house requirements, regulations and standards. Review skills matrices, plan and conduct training sessions to educate employees on quality standards, processes, and best practices. Investigate, monitor and resolve customer complaints and internal non-conformances, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions are implemented. Champion a culture of continuous improvement by promoting quality awareness and encouraging employee involvement in quality initiatives. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance and regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to these changes.

Quality Assurance Coordinator Required Skills



Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas. Proficient in using quality management software and tools. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Required Qualifications



Proven experience in quality assurance or a related role, preferably in a regulated engineering industry. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 or similar standards. Experience conducting audits and inspections and implementing corrective actions. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards applicable to the industry. Knowledge of statistical analysis and quality improvement methodologies.
