We're now looking for a detail-focused, proactive Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialist to join our team in Cwmbran.

Role Overview



As our

Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialist

, you'll play a key role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of our operations. You'll be responsible for reviewing and auditing all outbound communications and service activities--from ad campaigns and email marketing to service team output and CRM processes. Your job is to ensure everything we do is accurate, on-brand, and fully compliant with internal standards and relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities



Audit & Review:

Regularly check and approve advertisements, social media content, email marketing campaigns, and client-facing materials. Review service team interactions, outputs, and ticket resolutions to ensure high-quality standards are met.

Compliance Monitoring:

Ensure all marketing content and client communications meet GDPR and other relevant legal/compliance standards. Identify any risks or breaches and report them with actionable recommendations.

CRM Oversight:

Monitor CRM data accuracy and processes, flag inconsistencies or errors, and work with relevant teams to resolve. Recommend improvements to workflow for better compliance and efficiency.

Reporting & Feedback:

Maintain clear logs and documentation of QA checks. Provide regular feedback to the service and marketing teams. Develop and implement internal QA standards and checklists.

What We're Looking For



Previous experience in a Quality Assurance, Compliance, or Marketing Operations role Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Familiarity with GDPR and other UK marketing/communications compliance guidelines Experience working with CRM platforms. Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Bonus: Experience in a digital marketing or tech-driven environment
