Description:

Looking for a QA Lead Engineer who is passionate about testing. To make a difference by joining an exciting BioTech organisation, helping to continue developing and scaling their products and infrastructure. Following a milestone year, they grew their annual recurring revenue by 225% and in which scientists in 5 of the top 10 global pharmaceutical companies are now using. Building a software platform to transform the way biology is done!

What you\'ll do as a QA Lead Engineer:

• Define their long-term strategy, working with key stakeholders to ensure successful roll out across all teams
• Collaborating throughout the release process to ensure we have effective testing coverage; this will involve physical lab testing with their scientists, and software testing with the engineering teams
• Develop test plans and test cases that are crafted with our business goals, product requirements and technical implementations in mind
• Performing E2E testing on the platform and ensuring that the testing is as rigorous and thorough as possible; identifying edge cases and use case scenarios as the platform grows

What you\'ll need as a QA Engineering Lead:

• Versed in at least 1 programming language (the future is automation) we currently use Go, Python, C# and Typescript across the stack.
• Experience of designing, developing and maintaining a test framework and managing its rollout across an organisation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
