How You'll Make an Quality Assurance Engineer

As a QA Engineer at One World, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our enterprise-grade software is reliable, scalable, and secure. In this role, you will:Define and implement robust QA strategies and automated test frameworks. Collaborate with developers, architects, and product managers to shape acceptance criteria and testing scenarios. Execute functional, performance, security, and load testing using tools such as Playwright, K6, and Postman. Own QA sign-off, ensuring release readiness and stability. Introduce and leverage AI-driven testing and observability tools to accelerate automation, self-heal test cases, and detect anomalies early. Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality across teams.

What We're Looking for from You

2-5 years of QA experience, ideally in enterprise software. Strong expertise in Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium. Hands-on programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript and Java. Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks in CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of AWS services (ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, SNS, SQS). Proficiency in Postgres and DynamoDB databases. Familiarity with observability tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, Signoz). Track record in performance and security testing. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Interest or experience in AI-driven testing platforms (e.g., Testim, Mabl, LLM-based frameworks).
